My Dinner Diary :-)

Here are some pictures of the meals that I have created from my store of canned, frozen, packaged, boxed, preserved, or otherwise food :-)

Friday, October 22nd
Cup o' noodles, fresh veggies, crunchy grapes (they had seeds...I didn't know that when I went to eat them), and hot tea.  I figured that I should start with eating the cup o' noodles while I still find them appetizing.

Saturday, October 23rd
Garlic chicken pasta (one of my frozen selections), fresh veggies, and a glass of boxed milk (it's actually pretty tasty....it was a surprise to me too!)

Sunday, October 24th
The leftovers of the garlic chicken pasta from the night before, some more fresh veggies (I'm trying to put a dent in that veggie tray) and canned peas (I never got around to eating these because I was too full.  They made an appearance in the following night's meal)

Monday, October 25th
I'm actually pretty proud of this creation.  First off I had crunchy grapes again.  I figured out how to suck out the seeds and spit them out without crunching on them.  Then I made some crystal light because I was tired of water and didn't want to drink all of my milk too fast.  The casserole looking thing is minute rice, canned chicken, canned peas (from the night before), and cheddar cheese.  It actually tasted really good.  I plan to save this delectable dish for a night when I'm sick of cup o' noodles and need to use up my other container of minute rice.

Tuesday, October 26th
Fresh veggies (big surprise), beef broth, rice, and veggie soup (this was dried and came in a bag.  I added some canned chicken to make it a bit more tasty), and boxed milk.

Wednesday, October 27th
Garlic chicken pasta, lima beans, and boxed milk.  The pasta is actually really good and I wanted to treat myself to something yummy for my birthday.

Stay tuned for more exciting meals from my limited food supply ;-)
